FLEET BREAKDOWN MANAGEMENT

INQUIRY PRIVACY NOTICE

Website privacy and
inquiry information.

Fleet Breakdown Support uses the consultation form to understand your fleet’s needs and respond to business inquiries. This notice explains the information we collect, the service providers involved, how long correspondence is retained, and how to make a privacy request.

What the form collects

We ask for your company name, contact name, business email, optional business phone, fleet-size range, main breakdown challenge, optional message, and acknowledgement that you have read this notice. We use this information to assess the fit for a consultation and respond about your request. This acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.

Use business information only. Do not include payment information, driver identifiers, health information, cargo documents, or sensitive incident details. This form is not an active roadside or emergency reporting channel.

How an inquiry is delivered

When enabled, the form sends your entries to this website’s server. The server validates them and sends a plain-text notification through Resend to the verified business inbox configured by the owner. The form does not send to an address supplied by a visitor. The configured inbox and its email provider receive the inquiry content so the owner can respond.

Cloudflare hosts this website and its inquiry endpoint. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards notifications sent to our business email address to the owner’s Google Gmail mailbox. Resend, Cloudflare Email Routing, and Google process inquiry content as needed to deliver, receive, store, and manage this correspondence.

The application does not create a permanent submission database or save inquiry fields to cookies or browser storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill. Entries remain visible in the form during an unsuccessful attempt so you can correct or retry them. A successful response means the email provider accepted the notification; it does not guarantee inbox arrival or a response time.

Security checks and providers

Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Its browser widget processes technical browser and network signals, and the server verifies the resulting challenge token with Cloudflare before sending an inquiry. Turnstile is a security service, not an analytics or advertising integration.

Cloudflare holds short-lived request counters to limit abuse. The application uses a keyed, pseudonymous identifier derived from the request’s trusted IP address rather than storing that raw address in the counter key. Request-counter records expire after 10 minutes and do not contain inquiry fields. Identifiers rotate, and expired records are removed by request-time and scheduled cleanup. Random notification references and timestamps are retained for up to 48 hours to enforce the daily sending budget; they contain no form entries. The application’s diagnostic events use a random reference and outcome category, without contact details, message contents, tokens, or request headers. Hosting and delivery providers can maintain separate technical logs under their own policies.

Provider information is available in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, Resend Privacy Policy, and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The destination mailbox is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.Advertising tracking is not enabled.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is currently disabled. No Google analytics tag or analytics event is loaded by this website in its current configuration.

Retention and privacy requests

Sending an inquiry creates records with the email delivery provider and in the destination mailbox even though this application has no permanent submission database. We use the following periods for business inquiry emails and follow-up correspondence:

  • Inquiries that do not become customers: up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, then deleted.
  • Active customer correspondence: during the customer relationship and generally for up to 24 months after it ends.
  • Financial, contractual, or dispute-related records: longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Isaac Botello, founder of Fleet Breakdown Support, personally handles privacy inquiries and deletion requests. Contact isaac@fleetbreakdownsupport.com. We may ask for information needed to verify a request. Verified, eligible deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 days, subject to applicable retention obligations.

The owner periodically reviews the business email account and deletes correspondence according to these periods. This is a review process, not automatic deletion of all information. Hosting and delivery logs, provider backups, and other provider-managed records can follow separate policies and account settings. Deleting correspondence from our mailbox does not guarantee immediate removal from those records or backups.
